As a compliant enterprise specializing in mobile phone installment services, FLECAM FLEX LTD always places data protection at the core of its business operations, ensuring the security of your information and your legal rights.
Important Notice: The FoneGo App is an exclusive tool designed for existing customers of FLECAM FLEX LTD to manage mobile phone installment contracts, check bills, and process repayments. When you applied for the installment service offline, you signed a formal installment purchase contract with us. To perform this contract and provide the services of this App, we need to process your relevant information.
Part One: How We Process Your Information
1. Collection and Use of Information
We collect information only for clear and legitimate purposes, adhering to the principle of data minimization. Specifically:
Account and Identity Information: To verify your identity and link you to your existing installment contract, we require you to provide and process your mobile phone number for registering and logging into this App. This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.
Contract and Transaction Information: To show you the status of your contract performance, facilitate your queries and management of repayments, we need to process your installment contract details (such as product information, amount, number of installments), repayment schedule, bill status, and historical repayment records. This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.
Repayment Payment Information: When you make a repayment through the App, to process your repayment instruction and complete the payment transaction, we need to process your chosen payment method (such as mobile money wallet information) and the transaction result. We do not store your complete payment account credentials within the App. This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.
We specifically declare: The FoneGo App itself does not request access to permissions unrelated to its core functions, such as your contacts, photo album, or location. It also does not collect device and log information such as your device identifiers, IP address, or operation logs. We do not actively collect your sensitive personal information, such as identity documents, biometric information, or income proof, through this App, as this information was lawfully collected when you applied for the installment service offline.
2. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We share your information only in the following situations and will ensure that third parties have sufficient data protection capabilities:
Payment Service Providers: To complete your repayment transaction, we will share necessary payment instructions and transaction information with the mobile money or other payment processors you choose.
Legal and Regulatory Requirements: To comply with applicable Ghanaian laws, regulations, judicial proceedings, or mandatory requirements of government authorities, we may disclose your information.
Group Companies and Service Providers: We may share information with our affiliated companies and service providers (such as for data storage and customer support) that are bound by strict contractual obligations, but they can only process the information according to our instructions.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your information only for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this statement. Specifically:
Your contract and repayment records will be retained for the entire duration of the contract and for a legally mandated period after the contract terminates (for example, to comply with financial, tax, and anti-money laundering regulations).
Thereafter, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information.

7. Children’s Privacy

In principle, we process and store your personal information within Ghana. If a cross-border transfer is necessary, we will ensure an appropriate level of protection is provided.
